Not all survivors wear the same story.
Some have walked through cancer.
Some through caregiving.
Some go through quiet breakdowns of the unseen kind.
On 31 October 2025, I’ll be joining compassionate women at Shine Unapologetically — a gathering for those who have endured and are still becoming.
I’ll be guiding breathwork as a pathway back to safety — using the breath not as control, but as companionship for the nervous system, the body and the heart.
An afternoon of:

✦ Heart-to-heart sharing
✦ Community & remembrance
